All members and affiliates are requested to attend our annual meeting! Representatives of other houses of worship and community members are welcome and encouraged to join us.

This will be a special time to hear testimonials from a few of our programs, honor outgoing board members and some key volunteers, and give thanks for the many ways we have been blessed with the ministry of HARC. We’ll also conduct some business, including voting on the 2026 budget and electing new board members and officers.

Thank you to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church for hosting and providing lunch. There will be a basket for free-will offerings toward the meal.  RSVP requested by Friday, January 16 at noon so we can get a count for lunch.

HARC meetings are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month for lunch, except July and August, with an occasional evening meeting.  The location typically rotates among different houses of faith, giving different congregations and organizations an opportunity to host.
